Community Matters
Urban Niche Realty believes the true value of a community is what people put into it. This can be as simple as planting a tree in the yard to volunteering at the local elementary school. Whatever efforts we make as individuals are made stronger by well established non-profits who are committed to serving communities on every level. Sometimes we aren't even aware of the needs these organizations meet but the improved quality of life for everyone is a benefit to all.
As part of our continuing pledge to support area non-profits who add so much value to the communities our clients live in, Urban Niche Realty has pledged to donate 3% of net commissions to the following organizations:

| Denver Urban Gardens http://www.dug.org
We believe in: “growing community” - one urban garden at a time. Critical
to our mission is the belief that we need to come alongside
neighborhoods, in a support role, as they work to create their own
urban garden. We seek to enable, unite and empower participants to
reach out and build their community. The DUG gardens
have become a community focus for producing food, fostering neighborhood
activities and hosting education programs for over 25,000 individuals annually.
