Urban Niche Realty: Good Use of an Obsessive Personality

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional: integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills, a high-quality professional network... and a tendency to be obsessive about one's work.

I started Urban Niche Realty so I would be able to hone my professional skills and provide the highest quality real estate services to my clients. Currently, I am the sole licensed agent at Urban Niche Realty. However, I bring with me literally hundreds of established industry connections from other agents to lenders to city planners. So when I say "we", it means one experienced and enthusiastic agent plus her real estate posse.

To the right, you can find my professional biography but first and foremost know that I have enjoyed fifteen successful years of working in real estate because I put my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my clients' needs.

So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home or you just have a burning real estate question, please contact me. I'm glad to help!

To help support the value of your community, I have pledged to donate 3% of my net commissions to non-profit organizations serving central Denver. Click here to learn more about my Community Matters program.

Biography:

I practice a deeply rooted passion for the history and for the future of central Denver. A third generation Denver native (fourth generation Colorado native!), I was raised in a family actively involved in shaping the growth of the city. Fifteen years of real estate experience imparts familiarity, knowledge, and skills to provide a full range of services to buyers and sellers.

As a Certified Denver Landmark Realtor by Historic Denver, I understand the unique qualities of historic homes and neighborhoods. I am also thoroughly experienced with new construction, having represented the pre-sales and close-out of eight mixed-use buildings in central Denver. In 2006, I also completed the extensive Eco-Broker program to help my clients understand the impact of environmental factors in their transactions.

I hold a strong belief in assisting my sellers in conveying the value of the community where their current or prospective home is located. That value can be as tangible as real estate value but is also the abstract quality of the history, planning, architecture and future of the area. Above all else, I enjoy working with people to help them obtain the best transaction, whether they are buying or selling a home.
